AVON Representative’s Top Ten Christmas Presents

13/12/2014

Avon ladies run off their feet to deliver £30 real diamond earrings

(and 10 other things you never thought you could buy from Avon!)

With £30 genuine diamond earrings among the latest unbelievable Christmas bargains consumers can get their hands on this year, Independent Avon Representatives across the country are limbering up for their busiest Christmas yet.

Despite taking orders for festive gifts right up until Christmas Eve, Independent Avon Representatives from one of the world’s largest direct sellers are already witnessing a Black Friday–style shopping frenzy for a raft of value for money products that can be delivered personally and direct to consumers’ doorsteps.

Independent Avon Sales Leaders and married couple Jane and Howard from Cardiff say: ‘Christmas is the busiest time of year for most Avon Representatives. We have seen  an increase in product sold as people are keen to get their Christmas shopping done early and from the comfort of their own homes.’

‘Avon now offers everything from the usual beauty Christmas gift sets to more unexpected items such as clothing, homeware and jewellery. Our top sellers so far have been the new real diamond earrings which men are buying as surprise gifts and the 6-in-1 multi-use pen which is set to be a popular stocking filler.’

Jane adds ‘Our team of Avon Representatives in Cardiff have been hard at work to make sure our new and existing customers have all they need ahead of Christmas. We are available to our customers right up until the last minute on Christmas eve, taking a break for Christmas day and then back out distributing the sale books on Boxing day!’

Lynda Mills, Director General of the Direct Selling Association, comments: ‘What has been interesting about this year’s pre-Christmas sales statistics is that there is no clear difference between buying online and buying in-store. Retailers have to be seen to be doing everything, which is great news for Avon who were the first beauty brand to sell online but still deliver direct to the customer.

‘What we can see from Avon’s pre-Christmas top 10 is how much more people are buying thanks to the diverse selection now available and the convenience of someone delivering your gifts to your door. From real diamond earrings to slippers, it’s great to see Avon competing with the high street.’

Jane’s top 10 sellers in Cardiff this year are:

  1. Sterling silver 0.2ct. diamond encrusted earrings – £30 down from £80
  2. Silver Tech Pen  – £5 down from £12
