THERE’S no sound that evokes the passion of the Welsh spirit more than a male voice choir.

Hence, choral fans are in for a real treat as three of the finest share the stage for an inspiring night of Brass & Voices tomorrow (Wednesday 22 July) at the Welsh Proms.

The Pendyrus and Dunvant Male Choirs are joined by Côr Meibion Taf and the Cory Band for a compelling concert of opera choruses and beloved classical pieces from the likes of Verdi, Bizet and Wagner.

Plus, the night wouldn’t be complete without a selection of rousing Welsh hymns including Joseph Parry’s Myfanwy, David Charles’ Llef and John Hughes’ Cwm Rhondda.

If you want to experience the rousing sound of a 200-voice male choir whilst celebrating the glory of the Welsh spirit, there’s no better place to be than the Welsh Proms at St David’s Hall!

Tickets are priced £10-£23 (plus a £2.95 ticket service charge per transaction).
