Halloween is fast approaching and its the perfect opportunity to combine fresh air and exercise with some spooky fun for the whole family!
If you go down into the woods today …….. Come along and trick and treat with your family and friends and join the charity Welsh Hearts and BBC Wales Weather presenter Behnaz Akghar for a Spooktacular 4 mile walk in one of Cardiff’s most beautiful parks on Halloween Bute Park. Lots of surprises, spooky and fun games, face painting, apple bobbing, carve the best pumpkin and fancy dress competition.Registration £5.00 (to include water and T Shirt) sponsorship forms available
