Four Scout leaders from the Cardiff and Vale area have been recognised for their service to Scouting with an invitation to a Buckingham Palace Garden Party. Mike and Mo Lewis, both leaders with 1st Rhiwbina, have, between them, given young people in Rhiwbina over 110 years in services teaching them the Skills for Life through Scouting.
