Rachel Owen, a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cardiac Rehabilitation from Cardiff in Wales has been highly commended for Leadership and Engagement in the British Heart Foundation (BHF) Alliance Awards, at the annual British Cardiovascular Society (BCS) conference in Manchester.
