Those were the words sang by Jiminy Cricket in the 1940 children’s classic Pinocchio, but the song went on to represent the magic of Disney generally.
Therefore, When You Wish… is a fitting title for Cardiff City Voices’ brand new show at St David’s Hall on Saturday 11 July.
If you’re looking for the perfect family fun, then look no further! Adults and children alike will delight in hearing this captivating concert of movies themes including The Jungle Book, Snow White, The Little Mermaid and Frozen just to name a few!
Cardiff City Voices formed in 2008 and consisted of a small choir of 25 people. Yet, their reputation rapidly grew and now they have a membership of nearly 200!
Since then they have raised close to £50,000 for various good causes, and the proceeds from this concert will go to their 2015 nominated charity Ty Hapus, who provide specialist daytime services for people with early onset Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
