Nearly a quarter of girls aged 14 (22%) said they had self-harmed in just a year according to a new report by The Children’s Society. One in six (16%) of more than 11,000 children surveyed reported self-harming at this age, including nearly one in 10 boys (9%).     This Sunday (2nd September) thousands of people took to the streets for one of Wales’ most iconic racing events, the Nation Radio Cardiff 10K hosted by Kidney Wales. Over 8,000 people participated in the run which was the city’s flattest 10K to date, with many participants recording personal best times.
