Organisers of the Iris Prize LGBT+ Film Festival have announced that the 14th edition of the Cardiff based festival will go online this October, and will be available for free. They also confirmed that the £30,000 Iris Prize, supported by The Michael Bishop Foundation, will be presented to a filmmaker to produce another short film on Saturday 10th October. Pride Cymru’s Big Weekend 2018 will take place this weekend (24 -26 August 2018). The Big Weekend is a celebration of inclusivity and diversity, held annually by Pride Cymru. 40,000 people are expected to attend the event on Cardiff City Lawns over the weekend.
