Four Scout leaders from the Cardiff and Vale area have been recognised for their service to Scouting with an invitation to a Buckingham Palace Garden Party. Cub Scouts in Wales are being encouraged to go eco as part of a newly revised badge to teach children the importance of getting involved in environmental conservation in their daily lives.
